A Drop Everything And Listen session will take place each day to support the week which will focus on the importance of literacy and developing skills within the subject because we want all of you to be successful. You will need to be literate for the next stage of your journey - whether that be college, an apprenticeship or the world of work.

Eden will host a special display throughout the week and the DEAL sessions will mean that over the course of five days Year 10 and KS3 students (Years 7 to 9) will hear a story read to them.

We are a reading school and our Academy has a fantastic library which is there to help you, not only during Literacy Week.
