Students who have been researching Charles Dickens for a pop-up exhibition at @wisbechmuseum will soon be able to see their work on display.
The project is part of celebrations to mark 160 years since the publication of Great Expectations.
A lovely story this morning....earlier this week Head of PE Mr Hooper & student Harry Cook rescued a kestrel that had got stuck in a net on the Astro pitch.
@FensFalconry took the injured bird in & rehabilitated him before he was released this morning near where he got caught. https://t.co/Hsmkmu1LKk
In order to give teachers time to mark and evaluate the work of students as a result of the implementation of Centre Assessment Grades for secondary schools in England in 2021, we will not require students to be in school after Friday 28th May. The students will be providing evidence for their grades up until this date.
The Academy has, however, planned for additional school based and remote provision up until the statutory school leaving date on Friday 25th June 2021; this includes safeguarding procedures and protocols to ensure the most vulnerable students are catered for so we can support our community during these unusual times.
